Regular stability balls are great for most exercises, such as crunches and push-ups. Burst-resistant balls are thicker with a static load limit up to 2,200 lb, can handle more intense strengthening exercises, and will slowly deflate if punctured.
Care and Usage
Periodically check for proper inflation and any surface damage that may cause failure during use. Always supervise users under 16. Keep away from excessive heat or anything that might puncture the surface.
