Extremely durable solid-rubber plates hold up drop after drop!

Designed for Olympic lifts but can be used for any lift and will not bounce. Sets include 2 each 10 lb, 25 lb, and 45 lb plates (160 lb total), 7’L zinc-coated Men's 20kg Olympic Training Bar (1,500 lb test; 45 lb) with bushing-bearing sleeves, mobile rack, collars, and book. Black or Color plates, Olympic bar, and mobile rack also sold separately. Expert instructional Olympic Weightlifting book (Everett), DVD (Everett), and easy-to-follow poster set sold separately.
